FaxeK Posted June 3, 2021 Posted June 3, 2021 So I have a ton of mods that aren't in an archive, and was wondering if there was a way to put them all into vortex mod manager at once. (The game this is for is skyrim se)

Guest deleted34304850 Posted June 3, 2021 Posted June 3, 2021 at once, no, you can do it one file at a time and vortex will build a dummy file to load it.as HTR has asked - why are your mods no longer archived? you are probably better off going and downloading them again and installing them as they are meant to be installed.
FaxeK Posted June 3, 2021 Author Posted June 3, 2021 The reason the mods aren't archived is that I live in 2 different places and therefor use 2 different computers and just slapped all my mods onto google drive without giving it alot of thought
Guest deleted34304850 Posted June 3, 2021 Posted June 3, 2021 should have put the archives in your google drive. or put them on a pendrive and carry it with you.you're best off redownloading them.
FaxeK Posted June 3, 2021 Author Posted June 3, 2021 Yeah that's probably the best option I have left now. Thanks for your time tho
rmm200 Posted June 3, 2021 Posted June 3, 2021 Well some authors don't bother putting their mods into an archive. Sims 4 CC comes to mind.In those cases the Vortex ability to create an archive from a loose file is - very - convenient.

Guest deleted34304850 Posted June 4, 2021 Posted June 4, 2021 yes, but that wasn't really a good option as you have to do that once for each mod and the OP had many mods and no archives. Hence the suggestion to redownload them.
