Finis.ini location

The FINIS program tells me:
You can DRASTICALLY increase the number of your animations with these tools:
Animation Limit Crash Fix (Skyrim SE and LE), SSE Engine Fixes (Skyrim SE only).
Since FNIS doesn't know anything about your installed tools, it will still warn you at the original limit.
However, if you use these tools, the warning can be turned off (FNIS.ini: "LoadCTDCalculation=0").

 

And I would like to set LoadCTDCalculation=0 in the ini, but I can't find the ini anywhere, only a Fini.ini0.

And if I change something in it, it does nothing, even if I change ini0 to ini.

Where can I find the ini file now in which I have to make the change?
