Not recieving Beast Form during companion ritual

Hello all,

 

I'm looking for some help with a bug i'm getting. With my current character I did the companions quests line and did the 'ritual', but I havent recieved the beast form power...

I have progressed for about 6 hours after the ritual with this character because Aela said "You may have to wait a while to use your powers again", or something like that. I assumed I may have to wait to recieve it.

I could add the power through the console but I want to know if anyone knows a possible cause? If a mod has caused this, god knows what else could be broken. It could be a mod, a vanilla bug? I dont know.

Having to restart AGAIN would be the death of me I think. I havent played this game properly since 11.11.11, modding is like a curse, I swear. Sometimes I wish I was a console player so I could actually play this game... ^_^
