constant freezes every 10-15 minutes

Hello, I've been playing with skyrim for quite some time and I have recently been undergoing a ton of freezes every 10-15 minutes which sometimes never go away and force me to shut down skyrim. I have a lot of mods so It could be some kind of incompatability. Here is my list from boss.
