Alik'r mission to hideout screen goes haywire

When going to his hideout and i goes pass the giants and heading towards the two mammoths the screen starts to go crazy and the game slows down and makes strange noises and i get blocks of grey. The Mammoths and start shaking in a blurry vision. Anyway it does stop after about 30 seconds and goes back to normal. Has anyone had this experience and were you able to fix it. So far i havent had this problem anywhere else in the game.

 

I am using I7 and a Nividia TI 660

Huge memory 32g.
