Help Finding Weapon Mod

HI all just recently downloaded CRI mod enjoying it x). But im here to ask if anyone knows what weapon mod this picture is off, i have sent a PM to the poster of the Pic. Ii thought best to ask here to just in case i do not get an anwser well heres the link to the picture on fallout3nexus.
