Problem with Custom Weapons ---> Frustrating

Hi everyone

 

Im trying to make my own custom Weapons out of Two different Weapons.

At the moment i want to Cross the Sniper Rifle with the Railwaygun.

In Theory it should look like this : ----> Steam Sniper Rifle

 

I Importet both Nif files via Nif Plugin into 3dsmax and deleted the parts that i didnt want to have in my weapon and put the pieces back together. Exporting it to NIF works fine without Problems. It even looks good in Nifskope but as soon as i load it into Geck it does one of the Following things:

 

- It Crashes without a reason

- It Crashes with the Note: File:C:/projects/Fallout3PC/BSShader/Shadowlightshader.cpp Line:4304 Shader Error: attempting to set SLSCM_VS_SKINTOCUBE with no skin instance (I got rid of that problem, with removing all "Multiple Textures flags" inside Nifskope but that leads to problem Nr. 3)

- I can load it without a Crash inside the Geck but there is no Model .... its just some scrambled up pieces of texture in midair :/

 

Does anyone know what Im doing wrong? Im a total Noob in making Custom Weapons from different Models ....
