What mods shouldn't be packed into bsa?

I used Cathedral Assets Optimizer on my entire mods folder today and now the game crashes when I try to load a save file.

I've read that certain mods llike those with audio and animations shouldn't be packaged as BSA. What other mods shouldn't be packed?

Facetints from NPC overhauls if you use multiple NPC overhauls unless your can load them in the proper sequence. Wrong sequence = black faces.

Loose files will always overwrite the same files in a .bsa, so I don't have npc overhauls in .bsa files

Using CAO on your entire mod folder in one go is a recipe for frustration. If something breaks in your 50, 100, or 200 or more mod list it is a slow and cumbersome exercise to find it. I would say never do more then 10 or 20 mods at a time.
