Armor conversion - Normal maps not working

Hey everyone/anyone;

I started converting a few armors to another body type, and they are working almost perfect, except for the fact that normal map textures don't seem to be loading ingame.

i've copy-pasted the BSLightingShaderProperties from the original armors in Nifskope, and the pathing is correct, yet, when I check them ingame, the normal maps are clearly not working. The diffuse (color) textures are working fine.

 

I used 3DSMax and Nifskope.

I'm hoping this is a Nifskope problem because I don't really feel like reconverting 4 armors from scratch again >_<

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

since you say the diffuse is working fine then I am guessing you have a BSShaderTextureSet assigned to your BSLightingShaderProperty. In that textureset there is a textures list, does it point to the diffuse map and normal map? normal map is the second slot

Yes, both diffuse and normals are shown in the texture list.
