SSE Trying to add Racemenu ears to a custom NPC

I've created this preset, and now working on turning it into an NPC replacement for Alesan.

Sweet Tooth Racemenu Preset (RS Playable Child) at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

However, I cant seem to get the Racemenu ears (slider selection 7) to appear on the NPC. Everything else is working perfectly.

If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
