HOW TO REMOVE A MOD DEPENDENCY IN THE CK

I think your best bet to remove a Master File dependency, would be to use TES5Edit (xEdit). It should give you the option to remove a Master File from your mod, by right-clicking on the dependency you wish to remove. After confirming the action, save the file, and you should be good to go. There should be instructions on how to do it, in the available documentation for xEdit. It is a highly useful tool.
