LE Bleeding/weapon control and or nullification.

I don't really have much to say about this, but its kind of weird that you can be wearing full daedric armor and still bleed everywhere when you get hit with an iron dagger from a lvl 1 bandit no? Also it would be nice if weaker weapons could "bounce" off of superior armor, say you get hit in the head by an iron arrow while wearing a daedric helmet, it was always such an immersion breaker that i would have an arrow/bolt in my face and in many parts of my body when im wearing armor that may as well have been forged from hell. I dont know how to make mods or script and wouldnt even know where to begin with doing something like this, but i used to mess around with the ck, and i know that a custom race with a different skin type will make a similar effect, maybe some scripts could change the type/race silently when your wearing armor to cause it? Its probably a horrible start and someone knows a much better way, but id love to see some visual effects to wearing armor rather than just tanking everything but having blood everywhere and arrows stuck in your body.
