Deadly Dragons causing constant CTD

Hello.

I'm using Deadly Dragons v6.3.5 (and Deadly Monsters that came with the download) and about 25%-50% of the time I encounter a dragon I get a CTD either right at the beginning or when I slay the dragon. I don't know why and nothing is mentioned on the DD page.

I have no other mods affecting dragons.

Skyrim 1.9.32.0

Dawnguard

SKSE 0.1.6.15

SkyUI 3.4

I'm using Enhanced Enemy AI, however this problem has been going on since before I downloaded/installed EEAI.

Anyone else experience this? Is it common for DD to cause CTDs? I really want to use the mod but it's getting to a point where I'm lucky to go 30 minutes without a CTD.

I have that mod, and it runs fine. I have however not installed the Deadly Monsters with it, I dont know if that matters but I would give it a shot. I think you have to start a new game because of scripts which will keep in your current save game after uninstall.

Just to chip in, I'm encountering a CTD when trying to fight Mirmulnir - I've activated logging but I'm not noticing anything particularly useful there. Until this week, I was using a slightly older version with no problem at all, but I did a complete reinstall of my game and mods, and in the process installed the latest DD version. I have DM installed as well.

It doesn't matter where I stand, outside the tower, inside the tower, the game crashes to desktop as soon as he gets close. I've reduced shadow quality, grass quantity, and turned off my enb in the hope of ensuring there isn't too much VRAM usage happening. I have nothing else installed that effects dragons, apart from bellyache's retex, but I've had that before too and it shouldn't cause any problems like that (I have a beefy machine).

I shall follow the uninstall instructions tomorrow (it's late here now) and see if it makes any difference. I'm very early on in the game, obviously, so hopefully having to restart wouldn't be a problem if indeed I do have to.
