"No Smoking" mod?

I'm looking for a mod that simply stops npcs smoking.

 

Long story short, I have a visceral, gut disgust reaction to cigarettes (don't ask),

 

and I find the fact that nearly everyone, everywhere in the game is constantly smoking makes the game almost unplayable.

 

Not here to criticize anyone's choice of vices, it's just something I have issues with.

 

I know there was one for fallout.4, involving switching out certain animations and was wondering if someone might be able to do something similar with Cyberpunk.

 

Or if it already exists, where to find it.

 

And, yes, I'm aware of the Johnny possesses you and forces you to smoke thing, but I imagine getting rid of that would be next to impossible.

Maybe the cigarette model and smoke effect could be replaced to be invisible...
