Can someone create a mod that automatically goes 3rd person when unarmed and 1st person when armed?

Now that 360 movement is out I like it so much that I wanna be in it all the time I'm not in combat. Can someone please create a mod that makes it so when I equip a weapon I go into 1st person automatically and when I holster the weapon I go into 3rd person automatically?

 

It'd make the game really professional looking I think

Does Dynamic Third Person Camera suffice?

 

Edit: Nevermind. I thought it had the ability to switch between first and third, but it does not.
