Thanks really appreciate your help. On Open Cities (the classic one) I've deactivated the Open Cities OOO patch and it works just fine...finally!

As per Drake the Dragon mod's, it seems that the module beautiful people from Robert's V4 conflict with it. I'll run test this evening and hopefully I will be able to start a game...

Net net it took me almost a week to install, tweak 25+ mods and I have yet to install WAC and Qarl III redimized, Sounds of Cyrodiil a few more quest mods

So I guess you understand why I don't want to install to many mods...

Man I WANT to play now!!! ahahahaha

Anyway thanks for your help. I'll keep you post it.

Welcome back!

Thanks mate, Glad to see you arround...

Last update

Now Drake the Dragon mod's is fully working (very nice piece of work) it was not the module beautiful people from Robert's V4 that conflicted with it but a BSA timestamp issue (corrected with OBMM and with the help of Drake the Dragon himself).

Now I am facing problems with Deadly Reflex 6.0 and the 1st person view. Basically my character is looking down on people in 1st personn view and the aiming does not match the crosshair. Try to fix this this evening.

I also managed to download Qarl Retex 3 Redimized. So I am pretty done with the download for now

Thanks and I'll keep you posted...

Just make sure you have:

Nifse 1.1

Nifse compatibility fix

DR comp skeleton - if the camera view seem to appear above your characters head, this should do the trick. (To use this you'll need an universal skeleton (controllable version unless you really need total controllable for whatever reason)).

Do not use mounted combat.esp as it is buggy.

Replace the ankleplugs.nif in DR6 with the one from DR5.

Forgot to mention, you need to change scc.magiccriticalmult to 0.01 in the ini.text otherwise you'll get magical crits almost 100% of the time.

The ini doesn't apply this settings without a reset unfortunately, you must set set scc.resetMod to 0 to 1, load the game, let it add the changes, save then quit and change it back to scc.resetMod to 0.

The ingame item does not appear to work. At least it didn't for me.

Setting DR6 up is a bit annoying (imo) for users who aren't aware of this, but once this is all set and done it should work without issues.

Thanks again mate I'll do the ini setting this evening. Once again, there is no way I could have known so thanks fo rthe help.

Three more questions:

1) Do you know of a WAC-OOO patch so I can run WAC along OOO. I know it existed but I can't seem to find it.

2) The Open Cities Classic is causing CTD whether I am running the Open Cities Classic Patch for OOO or not. Are you familiar with this issue and if so do you know of a fix?

3) The alluring Potion Bottles Patch for OOO is also causing my game to CTD . So I took it away is it because the patch is included in the last version of either Alluring Potion Bottles v3 or OOO 133?

Here are the Gameplay mods I am running for the moment

OOO 133 full version

Deadly Reflex 6

Unofficial Oblivion Patch

Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch

Unofficial Official Mods Patch

Drakes Anthro Dragon Race

Midas Magic

Open Cities Classic

Open Cities Classic OOO Midas Magic Lost Spires Patch

1. Hm, I don't think that patch has been updated for a very long time and won't be of any use anylonger. I believe OOO and WAC will work together with minor conflicts as long as you've got a bashed patch. But don't take my word for it, I've not actually used WAC personally so I know very little about it. If you intend to use it, you should make a thread at the bethsoft oblivion mods forum and ask about that.

2. I'm not familiar with this issue actually, I've never managed to get a CTD with open cities classic nor reborn. Could you post your entire load order?

Also, do you CTD when you launch oblivion, or when you load the save game? I would suspect it might be a missing master.

3. I'm unsure of this, but again I'd like to see the full load order incase something is amiss. I use the normal version, and I just took a look at it in tes4edit, and with the exception of a handful potions OOO's value and weight gets imported in the bashed patch and wins. Only on a few things like health potions does alluring win, and then it only wins with effects, not value/weight. Then again, this might not be true for 1.33. It's been a long time since I used that version.

I think I'll have to direct you to the official OOO thread.

Ok first thing first. My playthrough is doing well. My Anthro Dragon Character, Master Drake is about to reach level 2. His goal is to master the art of Magic and learn all of Midas Magic Spell. By doing so he will probably do some of the official Oblivion Quest. For example Master Drake helped the exentric Glathir from Skingrad to...well to die...hehehe. The Gate of Oblivion and the safety of the Empire can wait...hahahaha...

I've finally managed to download WAC and I've decided to install Wrye Bash. Would I have to re-install all the mods that I installed with OBMM or is Wrye Bash going to pick them up?

I also see there is a self installed version of Wrye Bash...Do I need only this version, nothing else?

Once I have Wrye Bash installed I'll re-install Open Cities Classic and I will be good to continue my playthrough

Finally what ENB should I test for a more realistic experience?

Thanks for your advice

Wrye bash will pick up on all the mods you've installed so far, no worries.

Use wrye bash 302.1 or 304, stand alone should be good enough.

Report back how it goes with OCC.

Hm, I'm not a big fan of ENBs in oblivion (but I do like them in skyrim), I don't like the way they look, so I just add on a bunch of OBGE shaders and settle with that. Don't want to lower my performance more with all the demanding mods I run.

But perhaps take a look at this ENB.
