3rd Person zoomed out - character becomes blocky?

Hi, so recently I noticed that when my character is shirtless, like for Fur Armour, and in 3rd person when I zoom out a bit his skin becomes blocky...I've tried tweaking the iShadowmap settings and stuff after searching around but nothing seems to work...although the rest of the game looks even better. I've tried uninstalling recent mods and I only use the NMM but still nothing...I have no idea how to fix this and I usually only play in 3rd person so this sucks! I took a screenshot, not sure if I can only notice it since I know what I'm looking for but unfortunately the file was too big so it's harder to notice but here's what it looks like: http://i40.tinypic.com/2wf8swh.jpg it's more noticeable on the right side of my character because of the lighting in the picture
