Elliott Tercorien is not making me cryo grenades and cryo mines.

Hello.
I'm currently playing the DLC Mothership Zeta.
And I'm on a quest to blow up three generators after rescuing Mothership Zeta's comrades.
But at some point Elliott Tercorien is not making me cryo grenades and cryo mines.
Even when I keep asking hours later, Elliott Tercorien keeps repeating "Not yet. Still working on them".
I did some googling and they said this is a bug that can appear intermittently on Mothership Zeta.
How can I solve this problem?
