You have the hand of an Illusionist

Remade my Khajiit Samurai, with some Mods this time. Now is level 9 however noticed NPC saying to me. "You have the hands of an Illusionist." Which is odd considering the custom class has no Magic based skills and he does not cast anything. I tried using Modpcs Illusion 255 to reset it but it was in vain. Much rather not download that one Mod that removes the comments regarding skills. As it does resolve the issue, to do so is like painting over a stain on a wall. Still there just you can not see it. In this case you would not hear it. Any ideas on how to resolve the issue? Here is my Mod list from BOSS.
