Light in interiors "blink" really fast

Honestly i'm about to give up. I have NO clue how this could even happen, or how to fix it.

But the light in interiors, the light from candles "blinks" really reaaally fast, and it's about to go on my nerve that everytime i enter some house, all the candles just blink bright, non bright, bright, non bright once every half second or so D:

 

Edit: Okay, so it's not only in interiors. It's anywhere in the world, from candles only as far as i've noticed. I don't know what to do T_T

I shouldn't have any of them since i removed them prior to getting the enb O.o But i'll try to disable the one eye adaptation i have and if it's still there, i'll post my mods and load order (dunno how, so i guess i'll figure out that too .-.)

The light1234.esp is part of my mod btw, and even if i remove that one the lights in interiors and the candle lights outside still do this fast blink thing.

Edit: Guess it's also save to say that my shadows move a whole lot more now than they did before, instead of just being still on the ground or wherever Oo

there is something in it which does the flicker/shadows... maybe the lanterns of skyrim (they have a flicker thingy as well). Other than that the only possible causes I saw are already disabled...

I'm gonna make a last attempt and disable lanterns of skyrim, though i've never had a problem with them at all - and the problem only started here the other day u.u will update my post when i tried to disable them :<
