LE Looking for a scripter to partner with for a mod - morrowind like ques

So far I haven't found a mod like this, except Even Better Quest Objectives, but I want to take it a step further and remove map markers and give even more detailed location descriptions.

 

The only reason im looking for a partner is for radiant quests, im not the best at writing scripts and I know radiant quests "make each playthough slightly different", but I think the only way for this mod to be complete is to make those quests with fixed locations and npcs, to compensate there will be better rewards.

 

And I dont mind doing all the tedious work, i.e playing to write better descriptions.

 

Hopefully theres someone out there who wants the morrowind quest system back as much as I do, I honestly thing it would be a hit (for the long time tes players anyway).
