Skyrim Mods Active In Boss Only But Not In-Game

Hi All, My I Have The New Legendary Edition And The Thing Is That My Mods Do Not Work At All. I Installed Each Mod Correctly "Manually" And They Appear Without A Problem In The Data Files In The Game Launcher. I Used Boss To Provide The Best Load Order, I Also Cleaned The Update.esm And The Three DLC With The TES5Edit Cleaning Method, But For Some Reason, There Are No Mods In-Game (It's Still Vanilla, Although I Installed The 2K Textures Mod And Flora Overhaul). The Weird Thing Is That Boss Shows That All The Mods Are Active, Here:

Update: It Seems That Some Mods Do Work Like "Climates Of Tamriel" And "SkyUI" And "Enhanced Nights", But The Others Don't Seem To Work, I Have Been Searching The Whole Internet For 2 Days Now And I Cant Get A Solution, I Hope That Anyone Can Help Me Out :)
