Fast Travel Won't Disable, Strange Custom Map Icon

Hello,

 

Got back into Fallout 4 after a really long hiatus and tried survival on vanilla for the first time.

Got to around level 45 and wanted to lightly mod my experience with mostly QoL changes, enhanced graphics, and certain gameplay tweaks that still retained the same survival feel.

However, now I am experiencing an issue that I just can't seem to pinpoint on a certain mod or why it is occurring. Simply put, my fast travel was suddenly enabled in survival mode and refuses to be disabled even through mods intended to disable it, and also what used to be the directional location arrow is now a weird default 'cave' icon, and my custom markers have also become these icons as well. These custom markers can not be removed via left click and remove marker, instead it only prompts for me to fast travel there which I am pretty sure has never been a feature even in non-survival.

I will attach my full mod list and snippets of the in-game bugs. I can imagine this is a very weird bug that will likely need a reinstallation, so I will also ask what is the best way to reinstall the game in the cleanest manner with my backup saves?
