Modifying Special Clothing sets

Hey.

I was wondering, why are modders not changing the special clothing sets (like the bandage wrapping set) instead of changing the texture on random common items?

Isn't it easier to change those into outfits?

That way one can still use the good armor one got and still have nice looks while playing.

 

Personally I only ride bikes in third person, and it would be sweet to look nice while driving instead of the color misfit I end up with cause of armor stats etc.
