Here are my thoughts on how to make things more accessible:

 

1- More details in search results:

Ones that I'm referring to are:

- mod version

- mod size (total of all files, not just primary one!!)

- hyperlink to the uploader (instead of just an uploader name)

- mod category/tags (if available)

- link to the forum thread on the mod

 

2- drop-down list of favorites with direct links to the mod pages. (maybe a little flash scrips)

3- history of 10, 20 or whatever last downloaded or visited mods.

 

 

In my case, this would speed things up (read: less clicking and less server-load)

 

I hope that admins here take these suggestions under consideration.
