Corum?

Corum is the last Vadhagh (slight variation on an elf) on his world/plane of said. He hates fighting but has sworn vengance on the Earl who has killed all of his race. After a while he gets caught by the Earl and the Earl starts to torture him, taking out his right eye and cutting off his left hand, he escapes with some aid and later recieves replacements for his lost items from a sorcerer named Shool, the replacements are the Eye of Rhynn and the Hand of Kwll, they are the hand and eye of two gods who were brothers but fought each other, the eye and hand are made of well depending where in the story you read a strange green metal or gold and are covered in jewels. The hand looks like a six fingered gauntlet and the eye is covered most of the time by an eyepatch which is like a small shield of the same material. Corum himself is very like a high elf put with a pointier head and his ears are flat against his head his remaining eye is almond shaped has an almond shape iris of purple with a gold ring around it. He pretty much always wears a scarlet robe a silver conical helmet and carries both a long rapier like sword and an axe under his robe he has a byrnie (chainmail on leather) leather leggings and boots. Basically what I am requesting is a mod with Corum as a race and with all his gear somewhere near the start of the game outside the sewers or in the jail w/e you decide really. As for racial powers his eye allows him to see into the netherworld so he can use his hand to summon the last group of things he had killed this way (first guys are just some wraiths) his hand does the actual summoning and the hand is also extremely strong. Any comments about how possible this is would be appreciated and if you are interested in making this (as i have no modding experiance whatsoever) please ask me if you need any more information or want me to have a look at an attempt at it :)
