Body replacers + Redesigned + NVCE?

OK there's some huge confuse in the air so I wanted some clarifications if possible. First things first, I have NVEC+NVCE + the NVEC patch for Redesigned so I guess NVCE and Redesigned should work together good. Now I want to install the Spice of Life - Variety Armor and Clothing Robert Breeze Type3 mod which requests as a requirement Robert's or Breeze's male body replacer and Type3 female body replacer(if thats not the case then I screwed up many things in my mind). I 've read almost 60pages in the Redesigned topic and right now I can't really tell whether it is compatible or not with those body replacers. Some say they work fine combined, then a few posts later someone else states that Redesigned is not compatible with any body replacer and the story goes on.

 

So...Is Redesigned compatible with body replacers or not? If yes, how should I install them, what order, which first, which overwrite what, etc? I ve tried both ways, installing a body replacer then redesigned and overwrite all, installing redesigned first then a body replacer overwriting all, but I seem to get the same missing chest texture on male bodies. Their chest is black and I have misplaced body parts.. Please I want answers and suggestions from people who have actually managed to combine these mods.
