Fallout Nv Crashing. Probaly from my mods

Well i quit fallout nv to play fallout 3 since my game kept crashing and it was pissing me off so 3 days ago or so i did a freash re install with the game and download alot of mods. I got all the compabitle patchs and everything and a merge patch but my game has been crashing every 5-10 mins and just before when ever i go to gun runner my game crashes 2 secs after i tp to gun runners. I took off all the mods that are big like fook/caliber/ or anything that has to do with gun runners but it still crashed and i even used boss and it still crashed. heres my load order. Please help me i really want to get back into nv but i dont want to do another re install again :(
