That Marara's Ring, is that the ring of the Mage Man in Vivec Mages Guild ???

-- If Yes --> I saw a site where you can find a ring with 75 % resist

normal Weapons. Does anybody know where I can find that ring ???

-- If No --> Where can I find that ring.

Marara's ring can be found on Marara in the Drethan Ancestral Tomb (on a small island a ways South from Dagon Fel).

here are its stats

Weight: 0.3

Value: 22,000

Constant Effect

Reflect 20% on Self

Fortify Acrobatics 20% on Self

Resist Normal Weapons 40% on Self

not as good as you said but still quite amazing

the archmagister in Vivec holds an amulet that gives 20% protection from normal weapons, it also does these 3 things:

Fortify Intelligence 25 pts on Self

Restore Health 1 pt on Self

Spell Absorption 25 pts on Self

that should answer both questions. if you get both items then you would have a total of 60% protection from normal weapons.

Two answers at the same time, well!

Player, if you plan to become a vampire, don't kill Marara until after you are one. It is a quest and will appear as such in your journal as 'The Weary Vampire'. Not that it makes a lot of difference to the outcome!

On top of that, you can only become a vampire once. Evidently NPCs won't give you any quests and some may be hostile. Also, there are several vampire quests that you may miss out on (not including 1 of 3 vampire clans you can join) if you quickly finish the "vampire cure" quest. If you want to make sure you don't miss out on anything, you have to become infected by the clan you wish to join, join them, kill at least 12 other clan members, and finish all of the vampire related quests. Prepare to spend a few hours finishing them all! A list can be found here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Vampires#Vampire_Quests
