TARDISMan2011
So, I just installed Fallout 3 and all of its DLC, and the DLC files are not staying checked in the launcher. The game is fully patched to version 1.7, and I have no mods installed yet (I wanted to play through vanilla FO3 before looking into mods). Anyone have any idea as to what the cause might be? Inazuma22
That happens to me. So thats why i just use Nexus mod manager to start my game and stuff because the things stay checked.
TARDISMan2011
Yeah, I noticed that when I fired up NMM (I was already using it for New Vegas). Guess I'll just play that way.
prensa
TARDISMan2011 - Hello! As Inazuma22 says, it's normal for that to happen. Though they may appear to be unchecked in the launcher Data Files, they can still be. The Default Data files window is known for being buggy & it's best to use a mod manager. Mod managers also allow you to move things in your load order so it's best all around. Hope this helps! Prensa
TARDISMan2011
It does! Like I said, I'm using NMM now. It's funny how two games that are so similar can have their own little quirks. Edited June 18, 2013 by TARDISMan2011
