AzirAphale001
Have you extracted the .rar file? Enabled it in Data Files (or OBMM)?
Deleted269910User
Let's start with the basics; 1.Once you've downloaded the file, extract all of it's contents with WinRAR or 7-zip to where you have the the file. 2.After extracting the files out of the .rar or .7z, copy/paste the provided .esp, textures and meshes -folders to your x:\xxx\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data -folder. Overwrite all files ít prompts you to.(If the folders don't exist yet, it doesn't matter, just copy the files provided. If you mess with the file locations/names inside the provided folders, you will have lots of problems when trying to play the actual mod, so that is a no-no.) 3.Once the installation is done properly, active the esp from your oblivion launcher, or by using OBMM. 4.Launch the game and the race should appear in your game. 5.If you have pink textures, it means you installed the textures wrong, if you've got invisible bodyparts, that means you installed the meshes wrong. If the race doesn't appear in the selection, you haven't activated the .esp file.

Do i have to have a certain patch or certain version of the game? I also ran a check using OBSE and it says my oblivion version is 0.1.0.228 and i need to upgrade to 1.2.0.416. Where do i upgrade this. I already have the latest patch.

Deleted269910User
Just make sure you install the correct patch for your region/game version, to avoid all problems.(None of the patches are universal, so it does matter which one you install.) ~Elraine P.S. Was posting from school the first time and just came home. ;) Edit; here are a few direct links; Shivering Isles 1.2.0416 patch(Compatible with all english versions. Requires SI naturally.)
