i cannot stalhrim mining

i use the last skyrim patch, 1.9....32, the last skse, and at time im in the ravenrockmine. the ancientpickaxe is in inventore, but if i like to digging the stalhrimsource inside, nothing.

anyone a idea to fix it?

 

edit: i found out, since the last update, i can generally no more mining, whats wrong ?

edit:edit: a lot of animations dosnt work, so i cannot ending the dragonbornquest. the skalshaman became the blackbook, but he dosnt read it.
