Game Crashes

Every time i run beside anyone my game crashes and i have no idea why. I'm pretty new at this and trying to learn.

 

Here is a list of my mods and the order they appear in my mod manager on the left hand side.

 

Oblivion.esm

Unofficial Oblivion Patch

Lich King Helm v 1.0

Frostmourne Sword v 1.0

midas spells.esp

bravil sea domes.esp

 

 

Then here is the list on the right side that are activated witht the blue icon.

 

Akatosh Mount By Saiden Storm v 1.9

Color Map Mod (1.1)

Can anyone possibly tell me why my game keeps crashing? I'm quiet the newb at Mods so bare with me.

<Fixed the Problem. The Unofficial Oblivion Patch is what caused it to crash Every time. If you know how to make my patch work properly then please feel free to comment. Thanks!>
