Help with standing animation

I don't know if any one has asked this and this is my first post.

So I have this problem where my character and all the others stand with their arms out and legs appart

like this

I have no idea what to do

Hmm, anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but this arms-and-legs-spread-out pose appears when the animation supposed to play is missing, right?

I see you are using FNIS, so did you remember to use the GenerateFNISForUser.exe every time you installed or deinstalled an animation mod? This is very important. If you are unsure about it, just head over to the FNIS mod page and check it again.

Try running the FNIS generator and see if it solved your problem.
