Which texture and hair mods to use?

I'm looking for the best detailed models, textures, hair and face mod. With so many to choose from I think in the end I install too many with each overriding the other. I'm looking for a slim build with muscle that has a realistic look.(bounce would be nice but not needed) I attached screen pic of the mods I have available, so which mods would you recommend?

Male or Female? Female I guess unless you need bouncy male parts :P

Body: UNP (Normal version) http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6709/ - I found UNP Base body the most realistic, the others are just huge boobs and whatnot... I don't like, it's available for UNP tho, if you want.
