Need Help on Sacred Empire mod

Not sure if this is the right place for this topic, but it looks like it is so eh...

 

Okay not necessarily with creation than with help on certain aspects within the mod itself... wasn't really sure how to word it in the 'topic' spot up there.

 

I'm not used to asking for help and other such stuff so forgive me if all this looks not so professional.

 

My mod 'Sacred Empire' which I'm going to start working on again isn't really going to go very far since my only ability is retexturing and placing things in the world. (to which I'll admit I've gotten a tad rusty with since its been a year or two since I've done it)

 

I can't script, add dialogue, and possibly another dozen or so things in the creation kit.

 

So if anyone can script, add dialogue and whatever other skill that might be needed could volunteer, that would be nice and very appreciated.

What's the mod about?

 

Short Version: It's a Guild/Faction mod.

 

Long Version: It's a faction mod that would allow the player to build their own army/faction from the ground up that is independent from NCR, The Legion, and the Brotherhood of Steel. Including building bases and outposts, assigning guards to towns, patrols, etc.

 

Kind of a very ambitious mod that require skills that I don't have.

If no one wants to volunteer then would it be possible for anyone to possibly point out people who are good at certain skills so I would be able to ask them?

 

Sitting here waiting is making me a bit anxious and well being proactive sounds better than waiting.
