NPC's and Player Standing like Mannequins

So I downloaded a bunch of mods for the first time ever last night, and it was working, then I added a lot more and now all of the NPC's and my player stand like mannequins. They can talk and everything, but they don't move, just stand there with their arms and legs wide out. I tried unchecking all of the mods I downloaded from the time it stopped working, yet it still hasn't fixed the problem.

I attached screen shots of the mods I've downloaded.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

hmmm, what you describe here is a graphics glitch, what is called a pixel setting is out of range for the games engine before the install of those mods, that has changed some how. in game menu if there is a screen size settings application, ? reset it up one notch at a time and rerun the game, also check and see of the cards screen settings were changed, one or both have been altered. if all are the same as before? refresh your steams catch and files, the overlay may have changed a setting to 800x600 or some wacky setting out of range.

typical result of this is what you described here.

kitty.

I've read of similar things happening (this is also sometimes called "t animation" or "t stand") due to mismatches between skeletons and animations with regard to Fores New Idles in Skyrim - FNIS.

If you're using Fore's Idles, I think that you need to re-install and select the "arm fix" option. See the last link for the recommended order. If you're not using Fore's Idles, you might want to try reinstalling each of your animation files in the recommended order. If it's not Fore's Idles or animation files, I'm stumped.

Please see these links for more information:

And lastly, you might have already learned this, but I figured I'd say anyway that in general it's a good idea to install only one mod at a time and then test it. That way, it's easier to tell which mod resulted in a problem.

Good luck!

FIX:

The same thing happened to me.

So I ran FNIS again. After all, I had just deleted a few mods that I believed to be troublemakers and remembered that you need to run FNIS both when you install and UNINSTALL mods that uses it.

And it worked. NPCs are behaving normal again :-)

I hope it works for you too.
