How do I stop my game from freezing whenever I try to leave a building?

When I want to leave a building, I press E on a door, then the loading screen pops up, then it goes black, then I hear the sound of a door closing, and then my computer stops working, though I do continue to hear music, and I have to turn it off.

I try so many things. I tried sorting my mods via LOOT, but it has not fixed the problem.

Is there still hope for me? Is there any way that I can fix this? Should I get a new graphics card or video card?

next time, try closing Skyrim using the task manager instead of shutting down your computer.

 

Then load the game again, and check the most recent save. Sometimes things crap out after transitioning a cell, but since a quick save was fired during the cell transit, it may be a recoverable error.

If not, well, I scanned your list and honestly, I'd be of little help, since most of your mods are mods I don't use, and the shared ones are of little or no concern in themselves.

 

I did notice a bashed patch in your list, which seems to correlate to a lot of "why doesn't my game work?" posts, so you *might try disabling it to see if it might have something to do with it.,

 

Otherwise, All I can offer is stock advise about uninstalling mods in reverse order of installation until you find the culprit.
