Do you have a link to "qarl's texture pack 3 redimized"? What exactly are your PC's specifications? OBMM might be freezing because you do not have enough RAM. QTP is a very large mod and you are asking OBMM to process a huge amount of information. As for nothing happening when you select the folder, QTP (to the best of my knowledge) doesn't have an esp file (I am not sure about redimized). Hence, when you add the folder/ archive to the create mod window, you will not see anything happen, especially if the archive was created with no OMOD information. When you open the create omod window, it will be set to display plugin files in the file list. If, however, you click on the "data files" radio button near the bottom of the window, you will see a list of the data files in the mod. So here is my solution: First, extract the contents of QTP into a folder if the files are in an archive. This saves OBMM from extracting the files during the mod creation and might improve performance. Then try create the omod again. If the program stops responding, wait about 10 minutes to give OBMM a chance to sort itself out first. When you finally manage to add the folder to the omod window without incident, click on the data files radio button and see if anything is listed. If there is, there is nnothing wrong. I would have attached screenshots except I am using my work computer to write this. Once the files are added and you have configured the OMOD the way you like it, click on the create button. Then make a cup of tea (and a three course meal while you're at it) while the omod is created. If the creation fails, set the compression ratio lower then make a 3 course meal for your parents too while the mod is created. If you run into any problems, I am willing to try and help you.
