Illadriel jumped into the fray, the three dwarves followed. The four battled the darkspawn, slashing, stabbing and chopping the tainted creatures. Illadriel used the poor lighting to their advantage and snuck behind a hurlock and stabbed him at the back with one dagger. The hurlock growled and turn his head, Illadriel was about to stab him but one of the dwarves, Thinli chopped it off with his axe.

The battle lasted longer than Illadriel liked but eventually the darkspawn had been defeated and the group proceeded further to the Aeducan Thaig.

Wind sat behind his desk, a tall crystal decanter filled with rum and two glasses sat beside him, a dagger stuck into the teak table next to the decanter. His desk had a small lockbox filled with gold pieces, he was sorting the gold into shares for his crew. He paid his men on time, one of the things he swore to do when he became Captain, he would never let their pay be late so he handled the books himself.

He looked up when Ven knocked on his door.

"Captain... the woman is here to see you." Spoke the burly Qunari as he poke his head through the cabin door. His large bulk overwhelmed the door, when he stepped aside the Watchmen escorted Ruth into and left them alone.

Wind smiled and stood, he sat on the corner of his desk and poured himself a glass of Rum.

"Do you have the map?" He asked with a slight smile.

Ruth eyes became a little bigger as she entered his cabin.

It was beautiful and very tasteful. Not only did Wind seem like a decent and attractive man (with great taste for rum, too) but he also knew how to keep his ship clean and tidy.

She smiled as she saw him and sat down in front of his desk.

She watched him fill himself a glass of rum and grinned. A pirate through and through, for there was no 'right' time for rum, the time for rum was always right.

For a moment she had to think but then the light came on and she crammed in one of her belt pouches and pulled out a folded piece of paper.

It was mangled and a little torn but readable. She spread it out on the table in front of her and Wind and studied it quietly for a moment.

It had obviously been drawn by the red haired elf herself, for it lacked professionalism. In fact, it was rather hard to read. It only consisted of a lot of swirls and stripes, a tree drawn here and some ruins drawn over there.

"I take it that's ... the tower she mentioned in the other note. The fallen Circle of Magi. I don't see how this could have helped her," she shrugged, still looking down on the 'map'. "But it will have to do. Either way, once we just get to Starkhaven and the ruins of the tower we can look around for ourselves. However, it seems like she was talking about a tunnel somewhere there," she pointed at a spot on the map, then looked up at Wind and leaned back in her chair.

"It's not much to go on but we seem to have gathered quite the colorful bunch of people to help us on that little expedition."

After a rather difficult search, he believed that he may had just found those treasure hunters he had met before. He had taken too much interest in the food and lost track of them, reminding himself to not become so overcome with such necessities.

Just to his luck, they had their own ship, and seemed to be leaving soon. He made his way up to the deck, ignorant of the strange looks he was receiving from the crew members. After the large group realized that there was no one in their number that knew the purpose of the Qunari, they set down on him with their weapons, shouting questions and barking orders. It was just like his days as Saarebas...

He ignored their shouts and commands, simply choosing to sit himself down, cross-legged, on the deck. Someone would figure this out, and until then he would wait.
