Scripting Help Needed (Again)

Greetings awesome Skyrim community:

I'm working on a magic mod and I wish to implement touch spells to the game, (like in Oblivion). Anyway I suck at scripting so any advice/tips are welcome.

i suck at scripting to so i may be wrong but i don't think you can do a touch spell. spell delivery looks to be hard coded and there are no animations for that
