raoniluna
The conversation is self explanatory and I really hope someone can help me with that...Sorry to bother you since I don't even know you but as you will see in the conversation I'm kind of desperateI tried asking for help of specific modders and it didn't work out because they either did not answer or quit DA modding for some reasonSexy Apprentice Heels raonilunaHi, my name is Raoni and I'd like to ask you a favor... Short story: I'd like you to make for me a "boot" using the model of sexy apprentice outfit stiletto heels sandals, from the heels to a little below the knees. Stats: +4% critical chance, 4 dex, 4 cun I GUESS, and hope, it is easy for you to do such thing, a couple of minutes perhaps? And it would make me VERY VERY happy.I suppose it is only to "cut" the model and edit the properties of the "boot" in the toolset. Long story: I tried asking someone to teach me to do this but it just didn't work. I knew nothing of 3D editing. I managed to install the toolset but it is a LOT less intuitive than others like NWN2 and Skyrim's. I installed 3DSMax and Blender but I had no luck in trying to understand what should I do. So after literally months of "I am too stupid to do this" I decided to ask you, the creator of the mod, or so I think... If you please could help me I would be very grateful, I might even cry of happiness =D I understand if you don't want/ don't have time/ "f*** me I'm lazy and stupid and don't deserve it". I usually do not ask such things but facing my learning limitations I could only ask someone else to do it =/Just thought here... it may be a problem to make it fit DAO original model, but whatever way you think of as the easiest to solve this problem (if it happens) it is ok for me. Maybe using the models body or skeleton perahps? Anyway, hope you read these messages Oldwolf58I would do this for you but I don't have Dragon Age or any of the tools for it installed. My computer crashed several months ago (a lightning strike) and I lost all my files. I've never reloaded DA or any parts of it and am still slowly trying to recover all the stuff I had made for Oblivion. If I ever get DA reloaded I'd be happy to fill your request but I don't see me reloading dragon age any time soon. Sorry. raonilunaFirst of all, thanks In this case, I have some questions... 1 - Is it easy or hard to do it? I mean would it take minutes, hours?2 - Do you know any other modder that you could picture doing it for me?3 - Is it hard to teach me how to do it? I have 3DsMax and Blender installed with DAO plugins for importing (the problem is, I imagine, dealing with skeletons, body, alignment etc, I doubt I just need to "cut" the lower legs off to use as a model) I'm really glad you answered Oldwolf58raoniluna, on 05 Jun 2013 - 3:40 PM, said:First of all, thanks In this case, I have some questions... 1 - Is it easy or hard to do it? It would take a few hours at the least to do what you ask. You could look at some of the other clothing mods to see who did them and ask them if they would help you or if they had the time to make the item you want. You can tell them they can use my shoes that you like but they'll need to give credit to Growlf who did the original shoes for oblivion if they are going to release what they make for you. I'm not much of a teacher and it's nearly impossible to teach someone if you don't have the same software so you can do the steps with them to get them right. Hope that helps and good luck.
