Help! Can't find mod!

I saw two mods the other day, both geared for slower computers. One is a mod to stop the blur effect when you're shot, the other stops the muzzle flash. Should have downloaded them then. :stupid:

 

I have just spent the last two hours searching for these two mods, but can't find them. :wallbash: Wherever they are, whatever category they're under, they are right next to each other. I need them. If someone could tell me where to find them I will be eternally grateful!

 

OK, maybe not eternally, but at least long enough to finish the game without gun fights slowing me down. :teehee:

At the top of fallout3nexus page is [search]... under that is a cell titled [Description contains] Found both in two subsequent searches of 'muzzle' and 'blur', respectively. (although after finding the name 'Better performance...' I could have just searched for that, or simply gone through the modder's file list...)

 

Now for the harsher tone...

If you spent two hours searching fruitlessly for what was found in about 20sec, then something is seriously wrong with how you searched... especially with the very obvious, and infinitely useful, [search] button at the top of each of the fallout3nexus pages. (My guess would be that you spent the time randomly flipping through file pages, since even a direct seach for 'blur' would have at least netted you one of the two files in question... or the Occam's Razor answer: you completely exaggerated the time spent, to try and get a quicker response.)
