Need a cheat for my house

Hi there.

Seems to me not beeing able to buy a childrens room is quiete a common thing.

Even though i don't have dawnguard installed.

Still the options of buying the alchemy lab or childrens room wont disappear after using them + paying for them.

I've got the lab now using:

 

prid e4ef9
disable
prid e4ec8
enable

 

in case it helps anybody.

I found a cheat for everything in my house to appear or disappear except the childrens room.

Does anybody know the code i need for this?

I live in Breezehome at the moment but a solution for any other home would be fine as well.
