CDT while change gender to female

Hi I reinstalled Skyrim after 2 month without playing.

Installed some mods and try to start a new game first I create a male char, everthing is fine all mods are working well.

Then I wanted to create a female char but before I could change the gender the game was laggin a short moment and then CTD.

 

here ist my load order export from NMM.

I am not an expert by any means, but when I was having CDT on the showracemenu and start of game, I ran across
