jeefry78
As the title say my game crashes to desktop,I have a few mods installed and i'm sure that the crashes are being caused by conflicting mods...The thing is,I don't know which mods are causing the crashes.Something i have noticed is that the game only crashes in exteriors,it never crashes on interiors.I really hope that someone in the forums is kind enough to help me find the mods that is causing the crashes Here's my BOSS log: These plugins are recognised by BOSS and have been sorted according to its masterlist. ripple
- what's your system specs?- have you made any edits to the default game ini's? If so, post the ini's contents and enclose them into a spoiler tag so they won't clutter the screen.- are you using any mods that do not come with plugins, for example, body replacers and texture replacers? If so, list them.

ripple
For god sakes, please use spoiler tags to enclose your logs so they don't clutter the screen.... You have 2GB ram, running a 32bit OS, and your CPU looks pretty old. I don't even know if you meet the minimum requirements. 20-30 FPS is pretty good indication that Skyrim is not running all that well on your rig (although pretty good, considering...). You'll want to scale back on mods that will tax your game, like WATER and Enhanced blood, for example. Those are for people with better machines than the one you are currently using. Second, you've multiplied the memory allocation for papyrus scripting (the default value is 76800). Just so you know, increasing iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes to values much larger than default can cause stack thrashing, intermittent game stuttering, erratic game behavior and CTDs. You can enable papyrus logging and check to see if this is happening to your game. You can also try reverting to default ini settings to see if the game stabilizes. Make a backup of your current ini files, delete the ini's, then let the game generate new ones on next launch.
jeefry78
I play the game on High, that's why it runs at 20-30 fps :3I know it's stupid to play a game your pc can't run smoothly on high, but i just like how the game looks on high :3 Edited June 23, 2013 by jeefry78
ripple
Well, when I first got Skyrim, I had a 512MB GPU, and did everything I could to play the game on medium to high settings--until Skyrim burnt out my card and I had to get a replacement (a 2GB GPU). The rest of my system spec is below standard for most current day custom built gaming PCs, but still slightly better than yours (4GB ram, 64bit OS, Core 2 Duo 3.00 Ghz). You can try to tweak your ini to get better FPS, but most 'performance tweaks' to the ini sacrifice game stability, and I can attest to that through my own experience. I think the 'safer' path, for you, short of upgrading your PC or building/buying a new one, would be to just scale back the settings so you are not taxing your system too much.
