Can't get Fallout 4 Mods to Work

I've only just started using the Vortex Manager for the first time and I can't get all my mods to work for Fallout 4, since I've played it through prior I decided to use a lot of mods, 72 to be exact, I've followed all dependencies for the mods I can see are clearly not working, did all the load before and after stuff and made sure to have the right script extenders and I still can't get over half of the mods to work, namely the content based ones like Weapons, player customization items and features and base building assets, whilst some are only partially working namely the Autumn foliage mod only affects one in every 50 trees or a bush, I've Attached my entire Modlist to this post, if you could help me in any way that'd be so great, I have already checked the more recent forums from the last few years similar to mine and I found no solutions.
