Texture flicker and CTD

Hey guys

 

I recently uninstalled CoT and then reinstalled it, because I wanted to change the vanilla nights preset. But when i reloaded my savegame either my characters torso, grass, rocks etc. would start to flicker (like a light turning on and off) and the game would make random CTD's, so I uninstalled CoT and reinstalled it with the previous preset, because I thought that maybe would work. Alas it did not, and I kind of fear I have made some kind of permanent damage now, because the flicker also appears in new games, and I can't really figure out why.

 

Because I was a little too hasty with installing visual mods I also read the readme of Sharpshooters ENB, which I had installed, and made the changes in my ini. so it would work correctly. But when ingame the screen would randomly fire up like a billboard on Times Square when looking at certain objects. I completely removed Sharpshooters ENB after that, but that problem still sticks to my game. And if that wasn't enough I uninstalled and reinstalled RLO because i feared that my uninstallation of Sharpshooters ENB had deleted some of RLO's data files.

 

I don't no if it's my ini. file, loadorder or the reinstallation of CoT and RLO (which I really don't understand why would break my game, when I have reinstalled the same version as I started with) that have messed my game up and made it pretty much unplayable.

Any advice, information and instructions on these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I have tried deactivating all my plugins, so only running with masters, and it still flickers, so I think that it must be some kind of deeper damage to my game. Maybe a total reinstall would help?
