LE Telvanni Tower/house

So since the Dragonborn DLC re added the Telvanni into TES lore I have really wanted a Telvanni tower for my mage character. I looked on the nexus and there only seem to be a few mods that add player homes in the Telvanni style and they are all very small and/or attached to Tel Mythrin. I would like to see a large autonomous Telvanni style player home, similar to the one that you can acquire in Morrowind. I figure Solstheim is probably the best place (lore wise) to put it but I was thinking it should be fairly sizable with several separate buildings/houses (and some npcs) so it would probably need its own island off of the coast of Solstheim. Obviously it should have the same comforts as any player home (alchemy, enchanting, smithing, cooking, storage, beds etc) but should be in a mystic, Telvanni style. New models and textures would be awesome, but this could be done entirely with the existing models that were added in dragonborn. My biggest request is that it have at least one of those levitation thing that was in the main part of Tel Mythrin (ie be at least two stories). I would love to have just the tower for my player but it would be really cool to have a quest to grow/build it yourself like in Morrowind. I would have thought some amazing modder would have made a sweet Telvanni home by now because there seems to be a plethora of talent in the TES modding community and this is a popular subject. Alas, I have yet to find anything to rival the glory of Tel Uvrith or Tel Fyr, but would really love to see something like that! If someone is already in the process of making something like this awesome! If not I would love to see it made and I think there are many others who would as well.
