Rise of the Aldmeri Dominion (Pre-Alpha)

Hello peoples of the Nexus.
Currently in development is a massive continuation of the war in Skyrim.
At the end of the Civil War questline, It is mentioned that the Aldmeri Dominion still present a threat to Skyrim. However, nothing of the sort happens. We continue on with the game without giving a crap about the Thalmor or the Dominion.
NOT ANYMORE FOO.
When this mod is completed, it will add a totally new questline involving the Aldmeri Dominion (Lead by the Thalmor) attacking several of the major holds in skyrim. It will be the dragonborns job to ward off the attackers and destroy the forces of the Dominion in Skyrim.

Being new to the Creation Kit, i've basically only created a quest that requires you to kill a very powerful thalmor wizard. However, I plan on adding several more hours worth of questing, adventuring and killing.

Plans:
Fully voiced actors and new characters
Quests to retake and liberate the holds that were taken over by the Dominion
New weapons (if i can get better at design)
A dynamic questline that can change depending on what you do, i.e. you can choose to prematurely attack the thalmor and hopefully prevent future attacks on skyrim
The option to side with the Thalmor and the Aldmeri Dominion, regardless of race.
Epic battles involving large numbers of NPC's. The thalmor have learned the power of shouts (or at least, I will make them do so), and have used this power to bend dragons into doing their bidding. expect armored dragons in the future (maaayyybbbeeee).
A new set of Stormcloak (or Imperial) Armor that reflects the players prowess in battle against the Elves.
Adding something that involves an Elder Scroll.
Some politics to eventually end the second great war.
New Forts, maybe even small cities or towns.

I know that this will turn out to be a HUGE mod.

So, I would like some suggestions or ideas for content.
I will definitely consider anything posted here.
Also, I want to make this as script-free as possible. So any tips on that would be useful

Yeah all of the armor/weapons/voicing is planned for once i get the questline set up, with functioning npc's. Dialog is time consuming stuff though
If this comes together as how i am envisioning it, it's going to be sweeett!
but as you said, small steps.

I will try to get that working. As i said, I'm not really good with the creation kit yet. It may involve me making a separate esp just for those who played the imperial side of it.
The hard part is making the quest detect who you sided with. I'm not sure how to do that via CK. but, i plan on making this playable for either faction. :)
